Founding iOS Frontend Developer (Swift, Equity-Only)

Compensation: This is an equity-only role. You will receive a meaningful stake in Fetch & Style (5%), vesting upon delivery of key product milestones.

Fetch & Style is reimagining interior design through AI. Our mobile-first platform empowers users to transform their spaces with personalized inspiration, immersive room configurators, and smart product recommendations — powered by Vertex AI, OpenAI Vision, and vector search.

We’re an early-stage venture with a clear roadmap and an MVP in progress. Now, we're looking for a founding iOS developer who’s excited to shape the frontend experience and bring elegant Swift interfaces to life.

The Role

You’ll be the lead on building our iOS experience — from onboarding flows to room configurators — and collaborate closely with backend and AI teammates to deliver an interactive, visually rich, and performant mobile app.

This is an equity-only role for the MVP phase and ideal for someone who wants meaningful ownership in an ambitious, design-forward AI product.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the iOS frontend app using Swift (UIKit or SwiftUI).

• Create responsive, intuitive interfaces for user onboarding, style quiz, photo upload, and product interaction.

• Integrate with backend services and AI APIs (e.g., for image analysis, product recommendations).

• Work with design prototypes (Figma) to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX.

• Optimize performance, smooth animations, and cross-device compatibility.

• Collaborate in Agile sprints via Jira and GitHub with a small, driven team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of iOS development experience.

• Strong proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI or UIKit, and iOS SDK.

• Experience consuming REST APIs and working with JSON data.
  Familiarity with image rendering, camera access, and gesture interactions.

• Comfortable working in early-stage environments: self-directed, fast-moving, collaborative.
  

Bonus Skills

• Experience with ARKit, Room Layout APIs, or LiDAR integration.

• Exposure to AI features or vector-based recommendation engines.
  Design sensibility and/or animation finesse.

• Prior startup or product-building experience.
